Diamond and ruby claw set, three row cluster dress ring, comprising nineteen diamonds (total weight appx. 0.80 cts, colour I/J, clarity VS1 - SI2) and six rubies (total weight appx. 1.80 cts), tested as 18ct white gold, circa 1970. Excellent Condition.
